For the safety of all pets under our care, as well as our groomers:
Dogs
- Must arrive on a leash
- Must be up-to-date on vaccines and free of contagious diseases (eg. lice, fleas, kennel cough)
- Must not be in season
- Should go to the bathroom before their appointment
- Courtesy poop bags and a waste receptacle are available beside the building
Owners
- Are responsible for damages caused by their pet to spa equipment / supplies
- Feel free to drop by for a free assessment if you have a senior dog (10 years or older)
- Please be aware that we do not sedate pets in our care. Requests to sedate unfortunately cannot be accomodated.
- Please inform our staff at time of drop-off if your dog has displayed any signs of aggression towards animal or people
- Please inform us of health-related problems that may affect their hearing, seeing or prevent them from standing for prolonged periods of time
- Please understand that brushing out severely matted dogs DOES hurt. To prevent unnecessary pain, dogs that are very matted will be shaved down
- Please understand that dogs, both purebred and mixed-breeds, vary widely in size, shape, coat condition and temperament. Quotes given without seeing your dog are estimates and can increase / decrease upon completion of the grooming
